Not satisfied with our service?

If you are not satisfied  with our service, you can make a direct complaint to the Complaints Service at the following address:

Complaints must clearly indicate the contact details and include a brief description of the facts that are the basis of the complaint in a detailed and chronological manner.

Once the complaint is received, the Complaints Service will send you an acknowledgement of receipt, within ten (10) business days, indicating the contact details of the person handling the Client’s file.

A response then shall be sent within one (1) month from the date of the receipt of the complaint. If a response cannot be provided within this period of time, the person in charge of the complaint will contact you to provide with a date when it is expected to be completed and the reason of the delay.

If you are not satisfied with the response given by Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg, you can submit the request for an out-of-court complaint settlement to the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) at the following address:
