PSD2 Open Banking API

Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg is introducing a new PSD2 Open Banking API,  available for third-party providers (TPPs) from 3 November 2025. This API enables secure and reliable data and service sharing with registered AISP, PISP, and PIISP providers, built on a RESTful architecture in line with the Berlin Group standard.
Please note that the current TPP portal will be decommissioned on 3 November 2025. To maintain uninterrupted access TPPs must complete the migration to thenew PSD2 API before this date.

What you need to do before 3rd November 2025 to ensure a smooth transition

TPP Registration:
Register via an API call to the endpoint described in our documentation: registration link

Certificates:
You must possess a test certificate to register and access the Sandbox environment.

 

 

What will happen after 3rd November 2025? 

Live environment:

The TPP Developer Portal will display the relevant live environment details and provider code.
To use the live dedicated interface, ensure you have a valid live certificate and the corresponding provider code.  Both the Sandbox and live environments will be available for your use.

Eurobank will continue to publish quarterly statistics on the availability and performance of

• Web and mobile interfaces:
• Dedicated PSD2 API interface

Interface usage statistics

As per regulation, Eurobank publishes on a quarterly basis the daily usage statistics onto its Corporate Website for the scope of both interfaces:

  • the API Dedicated Interface (date, uptime rate, downtime rate, AISP response time, PISP response time, CBPII response time, error response rate);
  • the e-Banking Dedicated Interface (date, uptime rate, downtime rate, Consultation functions response time, Payment functions response time, error response rate).

Rates are given as percentages, Response times in milliseconds.
