PSD2 Open Banking API

Eurobank Private Bank Luxembourg is introducing a new PSD2 Open Banking API,  available for third-party providers (TPPs) from 3 November 2025. .  This API enables secure and reliable data and service sharing with registered AISP, PISP, and PIISP providers, built on a RESTful architecture in line with the Berlin Group standard.
Please note that the current TPP portal will be decommissioned on 3 November 2025. To maintain uninterrupted access TPPs must complete the migration to thenew PSD2 API before this date.


Sandbox environment

A dedicated Sandbox with simulated data is available to facilitate onboarding and testing. Comprehensive technical documentation is provided on our new developer portal.

Production API

Upon successful Sandbox testing, TPPs may transition to the live environment once the Eurobank Open Banking Dedicated Interface is released.

Performance and availability

Eurobank will continue to publish quarterly statistics on the availability and performance of
